can art fart?
In any case, just letting you know, I am always alive, but never on DA. Summer time is nice though, I finally get to pay attention to things other than school and music! I have bunches of sketches etc, but I'm not sure if I will ever get around to posting them. Hopefully I shall! I also have new photos from class that are pretty nifty. Much better than the ones I've posted previously. Honestly, I'm debating having a gallery clean-out. There's some stuff that just isn't up to par. Well, at least, in my book. I've learned a lot more about photography, so a lot of the photos I have up now, well, they are just pretty darned blah. So, if things start disappearing, it's cause I'm not satisfied. A lot of the new sketches I have are decent and post worthy, but I always find that I'm not as happy with them once they are scanned. There's just nothing like the pages in my sketchbooks. I thnk I'd be happier with my computerized work if it were in color. The problem is, I am terrible at coloring and I simply don't like to spend my time that way anymore. Also, I don't have photoshop on my laptop. F-f-f-fail!
In other art-tastic-never-updating news, I keep wanting to do a short comic. Sadly, it has never been accomplished. Perhaps someday. Ta-da! Once again, Kathy says she will hopefully do something, but in the end, who knows, she may just be eaten by a textbook instead!

Right they are.
So, long time no see, as always, what a shock. To anyone(if there's anyone at all) who might read this, I'm sorry I'm such a bumb. School has been extremely time consuming. All I did this past term was study, work, take photos for class, sing in choir, do more choir stuff, and more choir and singing, and um, sleep and eat. It was great, but I hardly had time to hang with friends, let alone do art. I did a good deal of photography though (yay digital photo class!), so I'll try to post some of that. Since break started last week, I've finally started drawing again. I haven't used photoshop to color anything in, let's see, about 3 years? Soooo, I'm extremely rusty, and/or not capable. Hopefully I'll have time to mess around with it though.
I really miss DA! But there's just so much going on in my life that I've had to make choices about what I want to spend my time on, and art has been moved to the back-burner. And when I do art, I haven't really shared any of it here on DA. So, maybe I'll just start posting stuff. I'm pretty rusty, but that's what happens when you don't keep drawing! So you can see the process over again.
Oh, and I'm obsessing over webcomics, per usual. The things I do with my time on break.... Sing, draw, read, read webcomics and be a fangirl, facebook, mlia work, hang with friends, go to concerts, drink boba, and eat and sleep. I don't know why you'd need to know any of that...

Holy crap, I'm alive. So I lost/forgot my password for DA since it had been such a long time since I had been on. After much racking of my brain, I gave up trying to remember the password. Then I realized that DA had my old email address, so I couldn't get my password. So basically, I was screwed. I was pissed. Thus I started a new DA account! I'm debating turning it into specifically photography on that account and other art here. Hell, I don't know what to do now. I'm just so happy to be back! I finally remembered the password! Haha! Anti-fail device activated.
Anyways, who knows if anyone reads this anymore, or if anyone ever did. But if you do... please give opinions on what to do w/ this account. I can continue as Windswraith, or continue with my new account as BadLuckBanner. Or have both! Really, I'm just still in shock that I'm Windswraith again, I can't believe it! AWESOME! <3

It's been a while!

Well. Life has been pretty amazing yet extremely chaotic of late!
I'm a senior now... so that's really weird. College is coming which is intimidating. Friends are coming and going and life is flying by.
Since you missed it, I did in fact go to Japan! Maybe I'll post about it up here soon. It was way earlier this summer though.
As for art, my scanner is curently being dumb and refuses to like me! Soooo, that means I will eventually get up something other than photography. I don't know what you ppls think of my photos, but I think they are fairing well. I dono.
Writing wise, I do have a few things, I guess I'm just not used to posting any of my writing on DA. Maybe I'll get to that too.
I'm taking AP art, but I don't intend to put much of the pieces I'll be using for my portfolio on here. For me it's a strange fear of getting my work stolen or something.
Anyhoo, sorry for being lazy and not commenting and posting much! I'm a busy girl ^^
